Reynolds and Romel were the best customer service reps I've ever communicated with from any store in a while. I bought a refurbished Samsung S90D TV from them via their eBay store BuyDig, but shortly after arriving it started having power issues. I messaged them and the customer service reps Reynold and Romel walked me through the process of returning it to their warranty handler. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always prompt when answering my questions. The wait time for a replacement was rather long, so they offered to give me a full refund instead of waiting. I got the TV at a really good deal, so I figured I could just wait patiently and I eventually got the TV. I checked it out, and so far it's running fine with no power issues like the first one! I'll definitely consider buying from them again in the future just based on the awesome customer service they provided. Thanks so much Reynold and Romel!

It’s been a journey with an issue I had purchasing a tv through buydig. The tv is a Panasonic 85 inch w95a that came with software issues. A few weeks odd back and forth trying to get this handled but buydigs representative Reynold pulled through and solved the issue for me. I bought a camera gimbal from Beach Camera that I needed for an out of town shoot and it had to arrive the coming Tuesday. FedEx screwed up and the camera arrived a day late. I spoke with Nicole Claudio and she sent me the return authorization form right away. She was one of the best customer service reps I've ever had. Beach has great prices and they are a fantastic alternative to the big camera store in NYC. Great experience, and I will buy from them again!

Re order # WX2567902I: On 4/11 I ordered a Cuisinart specifically as it would be delivered by 4/14 as advertised. On 4/13 I received a tracking notice saying the delivery was now moved to the date of my party, i.e. 4/18! And just to go from NJ to MA! I wrote customer service and MARIA LUISA adjusted the delivery so that my Cuisinard arrived on the originally advertised date. Very Wonderful!!! This is amazing and I've never experienced it before in on-line shopping. Thank you very much; now I don't have to figure out an entire new menue for non-meat eating Passover food restrictions friends!!!

Drone came in damaged but the customer service made things right and worked with me on the issue. I am happy with the outcome of the situation. Great customer service
